All Bookings with 5 or more rooms will have a 50 % upfront deposit required plus a credit card to hold.
Deposits are refundable (less $25. administration fee)if cancellation is received 30 days or more prior to arrival.
Cancellations received with less than 30 days notice will result in the forfeiture of deposit and a charge of up to 75 % of total booking.
