Deposit and Cancellation Policy
All of the reservations require a credit card to hold the room.
Reservations for five nights or more require a deposit of $600.
Any cancellations received prior to 48 hours of arrival date will have no charge.
Any cancellation received with in 48 hours of arrival will result in full charge for the booking on the same credit card.
All Bookings with 5 or more rooms will have a 50 % upfront deposit required plus a credit card to hold.
Deposits are refundable (less $25. administration fee)if cancellation is received 30 days or more prior to arrival.
Cancellations received with less than 30 days notice result in the forfeiture of deposit and a charge of up to 75 % of total booking.
